CODE OF ETHICS AND CONDUCT OF LLC “FAVORITO”
Our Company makes every effort to comply with ethical standards of business conduct and strives to be part of a responsible society in which all its members strive for common well-being and environmental protection. In order to outline the principles, rules and values that are fundamental in organizing the work of the company in all aspects of its functioning, we have adopted the Code of Ethics and Conduct. The Code is mandatory for all employees and managers of the company. At the same time, we hope that all our business partners and contractors adhere to similar norms to ensure responsible business conduct. The Code has been developed in accordance with national laws and regulations, as well as the guiding principles of the OECD Guidelines on Due Diligence in Responsible Business Practice.

GENDER EQUALITY
Limited Liability Company “FAVORITO” confirms its recognition of the importance of ensuring gender equality and empowering women. In our understanding, “gender equality” means equal rights, freedoms and opportunities for all human beings, regardless of their gender, social role or sexual orientation.
We define the following as the main tasks of the gender equality policy:
promoting awareness of gender equality;
ensuring the absence of restrictions or privileges on the basis of gender;
preventing discrimination, harassment and violence on the basis of gender, and if such situations are identified, taking measures to resolve and regulate them;
ensuring equal pay for equal work performed, regardless of gender;
providing women with the same opportunities for professional development in the company as men;
providing paid maternity leave and parental leave.
The person responsible for implementing the gender equality policy is Smikalova N.V. (technologist of FAVORITO LLC).
GRIEVANCES HANDLING
FAVORITO Limited Liability Company strives to ensure the protection of human rights and freedoms for its employees, contractors and the public. To this end, we have created this Grievances Mechanism as a process diagram for handling grievances within the company, as well as problems caused by any of our company’s operations for external parties.
We formally confirm that using the grievances mechanism will not lead to the dismissal of the grievances, threats or retaliation.
The grievances mechanism consists of the following steps:
– receipt of a grievances;
– registration of the grievances;
– processing (review) of the grievances;
– corrective and/or preventive actions (if necessary);
– conclusions and responses/responses;
– documentation of the grievances review process and archiving of documents;
– follow-up and analysis
Each step should be communicated to the grievances (unless anonymous). In the case of an anonymous grievances, the results of each step may be made public, provided that this does not violate the confidentiality of the grievances.
The grievances may submit a grievances in one of the following ways:
– orally/in person – directly to the Grievance Mechanism Committee or to representatives of the Gender Committee, or to the Manager/Director;
– a written grievances submitted either to the Grievance Mechanism Committee or to representatives of the Gender Committee, or to the Manager/Director;
– using the anonymous grievances and suggestion box;
– by sending an e-mail to: info@polus.ua (the applicant’s data may be made public, and you can also fill out a grievances form, which may be anonymous);
